I just finished my tenancy and wanted to take a moment to thank Carla, Dave, and Maddie for their support and professionalism throughout. From start to finish, I felt heard and looked after. Carla was especially patient and helpful during my deposit discussions—she always responded clearly, respectfully, and worked hard to reach a fair solution. Her communication was honest and consistent, which made a big difference in such a stressful time. Dave was also fantastic during the property visit—professional, kind, and reassuring. He answered all my questions, and I really appreciated how respectful he was when inspecting the flat. His calm, no-stress attitude gave me confidence that everything would be handled properly. And a special shoutout to Maddie, who was always lovely on the phone and quick to help with general queries during my tenancy. She was friendly and efficient, and made even the admin side of renting feel smooth. I picked the room as the house is in the close proximity to my work. My communication with Liv N Let was very smooth, clear and trouble free. They were conveniently available throughout the whole time the paperwork was being processed. I work different shifts so it was important for me. Would definitely recommend their services.

All a very friendly bunch of people. The girls in particular are incredibly professional and nothing but pleasant. I made it clear that I wanted to be in a house with tenants I would get a long with and they instead found me some of the best mates I've ever had. -1* as sometimes there is a lack of communication between them and you have to repeat yourself to each of them. I would recommend these lot over letsrent.
